Led construction project management for a 40,000 sq ft building and built a 300-person volunteer team.

Designed the launch merchandise, installed the POS system, trained workers, and wrote the store SOPs.

4 weeks with about 35 volunteers
Ran a congregation-wide campaign and built the schedules that moved the entire church.

Meet the founder
Ten years inside the church
Liz has served as a Director of Operations, an operations partner to a CEO, and a lead administrator. She knows how ministry runs on Sunday, Wednesday night, and the Monday after.
Her work sits where people and process meet: the systems, teams, and tools that let pastors lead without burning out their staff and volunteers.
Our mission: help churches find the gaps between their vision and their outcomes, then fill them with systems their people can sustain.
